Team members must be assigned one of the following admin roles:
- Customer Support can access the information needed to respond to queries from shoppers. This role should be used by the operator’s customer service team.
- SEO can manage the blog, SEO related content, taxonomy and homepage hero sections.
- Content Contributor can manage the blog and SEO areas of the site.
- Marketing can view the site members, see leads, sales, products, taxons and can also manage the blog and SEO related content.
- Finance can see sales reports, orders, banners, and invoices as well as edit member billing and override subscription costs.
- Webmaster has access to everything in the operator portal except generating API keys, billing override on sellers and password update on other Admins. Can access the GraphQL API, grant sellers API access but cannot manage webhooks.
- Full Admin is the highest level access. Access to all areas in the operator portal and can create, delete and update other admins. Can access the GraphQL API, grant sellers API access and manage webhooks.
NOTE: Only the functions the account has permissions for will be visible for the user.
