Which seller portal am I using?
Two versions of the seller portal exist, differing in appearance and menu structure. The icon in the top right-hand corner of your seller portal will tell you which instructions you need:

In seller portal 2.0, configuration settings are accessed from the profile icon:
This menu also provides:
- Details of the logged in user
- Access to
- User settings
- Account settings
- Shipping settings
- User management
- Ability to switch back to the legacy portal
- Log out.
Update user settings
In seller portal 2.0, you can change your username, email, first name and last name. You can also reset the user's password here.
- Select your profile icon in the far right top of the screen, then select User Settings.
- Make any changes to the details in the window and select Save Changes.
Update account settings
- Select your profile icon in the far right top of the screen, then select Account Settings.
- Select a tab to view the account details and update information.
- After you make changes, select Save Changes.
Add a new user to the seller portal
Seller portal 2.0 supports multiple users.
- Select the profile icon in the top right of the screen.
- Select All Users from the menu.
- Select Add New User. A pop-out window appears.
- Enter a Username and Email, and their name.
- Select Create User. The person will receive an email inviting them to the Seller Portal.
To delete a user select the trash icon next to that user. Please note that only secondary users can be deleted. Learn more.
Legacy seller portal
In the legacy seller portal, configuration settings are accessed from the a number of locations, including the three dots icon:
This menu also provides access to
- Account settings
- API & Integrations
- Profile settings
- Policy settings
- Shipping settings
- Billing history
- Log out.
Update user and account details
In the legacy seller portal, the user details and account details are on a single screen.
- Select the three dots icon.
- Select Account Settings.
- Make any changes to the details in the window and select Update Details.
