Manage seller portal settings

There are currently two versions of the Marketplacer seller portal. Seller portal 2.0, launched in early 2023, marks a departure from the legacy seller portal. New features like Advanced Refunds, Catalog Rules, and in-app chat are not supported in the legacy portal.

The increasing feature disparity can lead to a confusing experience for sellers. To ensure a consistent user experience, operators can disable access to the legacy seller portal for all sellers after sellers are migrated to seller portal 2.0.

Enable seller portal 2.0 for all sellers

1. Log in to the operator portal.
2. From the left side nav, click to Configuration > Seller Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Seller Portal 2.0 section.
4. Select these checkboxes:
   • Enable Seller Portal 2.0 for all Sellers
   • Disable Legacy Seller Portal for all Sellers
     
5. Click Submit.
