When seller accounts are created, they come with a primary user for basic management. This means the primary user can manage all aspects of the seller account. Larger organizations can have a secondary user to help manage the seller account.

Note: Only primary users can delete secondary users in the seller portal.
Delete a user in the seller portal
- Log in to the seller portal.
- Click the user icon on the top right.
- Select All Users.
- In the Users page, find the user you want to delete.
- Click the three-dot menu at the far right.
- Select Delete User.
- Click Delete user in the Confirm user deletion window.
