Operators can export and import products (adverts) in the Operator portal by selecting ADVERTS > Search Adverts or Central Product Database.
Importing adverts in the Operator Portal
Importing products lets you update the existing products from multiple sellers in bulk.
Note: To create new products, you must log in as a seller or retailer and use the product bulk upload feature in the Seller Portal instead. The importer ignores the column Seller Name and the adverts cannot be transferred between sellers.
Exporting adverts in the Operator Portal:
You must first export products by conducting an adverts search:
- For all adverts across all sellers, click Search.
- To narrow down the results, you can select filters such as the seller name, category, created at or updated at timestamps, or more specific filters such as the Ad ID.
- The exported file format is XLSX.
Above the search results, the operator will be presented with the option to export the adverts.
Note: The number of rows you can export is limited to 200,000. If the search results include more than 200,000 rows, the operator will be prompted to refine the search further.
- When you switch the Invalid Ads only toggle, the users can export an XLSX file containing only the products with missing or invalid information.
- In the Delivery Email Address field, enter a valid email address to start the export. A download link will be sent to the email address you provided.
- Select columns to export: You can select which columns you want to include or exclude in the exported spreadsheet. The preferences are stored on the user's account and are applied to all future exports. Select or deselect the relevant column names to change the configuration or click Select all. The columns Ad ID, Variant ID, and Errors are always included in the export.
