The Value of Enquiry Settings panel allows users to set the pricing model for VOE subscriptions.  

The VOE or Value of Enquiry model allows the marketplace to charge an amount based on the enquiry value that the retailer's adverts receive.

Settings in this section

Send VOE budget emails to the account holder

This configuration enables emails to be sent to the retailer when they are reaching the end of their budget, or when they have gone over their budget.

Default base enquiry value

The value entered on this field corresponds to "Base Enquiry Value" that the retailers can receive without incurring additional costs, this is included in the base subscription cost.

Default cost per extra bracket

This value entered in this section corresponds to the ‘Cost' that the retailer will incur if they exceed the default base enquiry value. 

Default enquiry value per extra bucket

This section corresponds to the ‘Lead value per extra bracket’.

Default VOE budget for new retailers

This section corresponds to the ‘Maximum monthly spend’ section in the seller’s account settings, which is the maximum amount of money the retailer is willing to pay per month. 

Note: Make sure you save the configuration after you’ve made any changes, for those changes to apply.
