Sellers can view the performance of their adverts using a dashboard. You can also allow sellers to track leads on the dashboard. This feature needs to be enabled.
To enable leads on the dashboard
The dashboard provides a graph of leads received and segments leads into email, phone and address. For a seller to see their leads on the client dashboard, they will require the VoE report enabled for their account.
To do this, simply follow these steps:
- Using the member search, find the seller that you want to enable the VOE report.
- You'll then need to edit the sellers details. This is done by selecting the edit icon:

3. On the edit screen, scroll down to Account features and select the first option Enable VoE report.
That's it! The seller should now see the leads graph display on their dashboard.
