Filtering feature option types

You can customize and filter the feature option types. 

Feature option types support multiple values on a single advert, which means you can assign multiple values to a single advert that can be filtered on the search results page. No changes are required to existing feature options or adverts because the single selection is still valid, but should you which to, you can edit your adverts to add additional values by following these steps. 

Add values to adverts

You must first ensure that your feature option has multiple values assigned to it. 

1. Navigate to CATEGORISATION > Features.
2. Select the feature which you want to add the values to. In this example, we want to add another value to 'Compatibility':
   
3. Scroll down, click Add Option Value enter the values, and click Update.

Assign values to an advert

1. Locate an advert you want to edit.
2. Click to edit the advert and scroll down to the feature options.
3.  Select the values you want to add to the advert and click Add.
4. Click Update at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

You can now filter by these values on the search results page, provided that you're viewing a taxonomy with those feature options you assigned. 

You can also upload multiple feature option values through the advert importer using the symbol "|" as a separator.
