The Account Settings menu lets you configure various general settings for your marketplace.
Go to Configuration > Account Settings from the left nav dashboard to access Account Settings.
Advert Types

Product Adverts Enabled: Checking this option allows you to list product adverts.

Service Adverts Enabled: Checking this option allows you to list service adverts. For custom service advert forms, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Event Adverts Enabled: This legacy feature is being deprecated and should not be checked.
Retailer Restrictions
Maximum Adverts Per Retailer: This setting limits the number of products a retailer can have before inactive and unpublished adverts are automatically removed. It will never remove online adverts, but it helps manage "junk" adverts from faulty API integrations.
The default is 5,000, but it can be adjusted. An upper limit is recommended for data management. This setting is only accessible to Marketplacer employees—contact your onboarding specialist for changes.

Enable Braintree widget on the edit seller page: Allows sellers to enter their own credit card details to set up subscription payments.
- Enable inquiries: Displays the Inquiries page in the Seller Portal, where sellers can view and manage messages from customers. Sellers can filter inquiries by name, email, or date, and view details like the advert title, message content, and customer contact information.

Only show the front-end to logged-in admins and sellers: Restricts front-end visibility to logged-in administrators or sellers. Typically used if the Marketplace is not yet live.

Show "Join Us" link on login screen: Adds a call-to-action link on the login screen for prospective sellers to create an account.

Use the Unleash brand in admin/seller portal: (Connected only)

Capture email marketing subscriptions: Enables the capture of emails for marketing purposes.

Default to manual address entry on checkout: Sets manual address entry as the default on the checkout page.
