When you create a shipment for an order in Magento 2, the carrier and tracking code are synced to Marketplacer. As a result, shoppers will receive email notifications with tracking codes and working tracking links, if the shipment is fulfilled using a supported carrier on your marketplace.
Note: Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) supports multiple carriers and tracking codes for a single shipment, whereas Marketplacer enforces a single carrier and tracking code per shipment. To handle this situation, if an order in Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) has a single shipment with multiple carriers and tracking codes, the carrier and tracking codes are not synced with Marketplacer.
