An operator needs to authenticate their Klaviyo account within the Operator portal to enable the syncing of data between your Marketplace and Klaviyo
To enable third-party logistics as an operator, you must go to Configuration > External Account Settings > Email Marketing Providers > Klaviyo.
- You can get your Public and Private keys from your Klaviyo account.
The following API scopes need to be enabled.- lists:read
- lists:write
- profiles:read
- profiles:write
- subscrptions:write
- events:write
Note: If you give the integration full access permissions, there's nothing further for you to do.
- “Klaviyo EDM enabled” will allow you to gather and sync contact details via the checkout page as well as via the newsletter sign up functionality, these details are synced with your Klaviyo portal ever 24 hours
- “Klaviyo Tracking Enabled” will allow syncing of eCommerce data, more on that in “eCommerce Tracking”, these details are synced with your Klaviyo portal in real time.
