This article is for Marketplacer customers who use Adobe Commerce (Magento) as their e-commerce platform. If you are a seller who uses Adobe Magento to provide products to Marketplacer customers see Adobe Commerce (Magento) for Sellers.
You must first complete the steps in the Install the Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) Marketplacer Extension article before you perform the steps in this article. They are best done in conjunction with your Marketplacer customer service manager.
Configure your Marketplacer account
You must first have the Marketplacer configuration details such as URL, username, and password. These details will be supplied by a Marketplacer onboarding specialist.
- If you have not created an API key for your Marketplacer store, log in to Marketplacer as an admin and go to Configuration > Marketplacer API Keys > Create New API Key.
- Copy the API key to your clipboard.
- Click the Connected Platform link in the top right of the window.

Enter these Marketplacer details:
- Marketplacer URL
- Basic Authentication Username and Basic Authentication Password (if required)

Paste the API Key for Marketplacer.
- Select Save.
Note: The API Key is automatically generated and is not editable.
Configure your Adobe Commerce account
- Create an integration access token in Adobe Commerce and enable permission for the following API endpoints.
- Copy the Access Token from Adobe Commerce to your clipboard.
- In Marketplacer, select Connected Platform in the top right of the window.
- Go to Adobe Commerce > Configuration.
- Enter your Adobe Commerce site URL in the Adobe Commerce Store URL field.
- Enter or paste the Adobe Commerce Admin Token. (see step 1).
- Ensure that Enable Connection is switched on and select Save.
