If you think something is not working correctly with the data sync between Adobe Commerce and Marketplacer, you can check the event log (event stream) to view recent transactions.
To view event streams
- Log in to Marketplacer.
- At the top of the window, select Connected Platform.
- Select Event Streams. This shows all the individual data sync events between Marketplacer and Adobe Commerce.
Any errors and failures will appear in the event stream and a resync will be scheduled. If you notice multiple event failures and the automated retry jobs fail, you may need to log a support ticket. Include the event details for our team to help troubleshoot the issue.
