Advert Setup
- Enable price types (e.g. POA, From..): Price types allow sellers to list adverts as a price on application (POA) or ‘From ($x)’. This could be for a range of reasons e.g. the item is custom-made or can be personalized, and should be limited to in-store (classified) adverts so that they cannot be purchased online. Deselecting this option removes the option to select different price types when editing the advert.
- Price units: Price units allow sellers to list adverts with a price relevant to the product itself, for example, planks of wood can be listed as $10 per meter, rather than just $10.
-
Global allowed sale types: You can configure and select sale types that you'd allow in your marketplace. For example, if you'd like to only allow Buy Online and Click&Collect then you just need to select these two sale types.
Note: if you do not want pricing to show to the customer on the platform, please select "In Store". -
Default sale type for the retailer product advert form: Once you've selected the sale types that you'd allow in your marketplace, you can set one of the sale types as a default. What this means is that the default sale type that you've chosen will be automatically selected when the retailer places an advert.
-
Limited stock threshold: The operator can specify a limited or low stock threshold in this field. This means that if a retailer's product inventory reaches this threshold the retailer will receive an email notification. This is also configurable at a seller level, the operator would need to select the below option when setting up a new business member.
- Automatically create Golden Product and Variant records from new variants with unique barcodes: If left unchecked, the operator will manage the creation of golden products and variants.
- Automatically link matching variants to Golden Products and Variants: If left unchecked, the operator can link variants manually.
- Enable free adverts: This simply allows the seller to create adverts with a price value of $0.
- Enable therapeutic goods labeling: This allows the seller to display warnings, ingredients, dosage, and/or storage instructions on product variants.
- Enable advert auto mapping: Allows adverts to be automatically mapped to brand and taxon.
- Enable imperial units of measurement on Comparative Unit Pricing fields: Allows imperial units of measurement to be selected on Comparative Unite Pricing fields for variants.
- Enable free-text variant option type: Allows the use of free-text and multi-select variant option types.
- Ignore sale price start date validations: If checked, this removes the existing validation which requires sale price start dates to be in the future.

Advert Setup

Enable customisation forms for product adverts: Selecting this option allows the seller to enable custom forms to be added to their products which the customer will fill out the required fields upon purchase. These forms are defined in the Advert Summary screen when mapping a product in the Seller Portal.
- Titleize advert titles that are all caps: Selecting this option will ensure that product titles that have been pulled through an API in all uppercase will be "Titleized" to display correctly. For example, CREW NECK JUMPER vs Crew Neck Jumper.
- Display model year in title: If selected and the year is mapped in the product advert, the year appears in the product title.

Hide all reference to "free shipping" in the front-end store for adverts: Some sellers will list adverts as buy online, with $0 shipping, however, they don’t intend to offer ‘free’ shipping, for example, they may organize shipping costs after the purchase is made. This configuration will hide any reference to ‘free shipping’ on adverts on the front end of your site so that consumers are not misled to believe free shipping is offered when it’s not.
-
Do not display the terms and conditions on the advert page, but instead link to the site terms and conditions page: Instead of displaying the full Terms and Conditions below the product description on the /a page, selecting this option reduces the T's & C's to a link only which will take the customer through to the site terms and conditions.
