Operators can export all service level agreement (SLA) data and download it in a CSV file. The exported file contains detailed data not readily visible on the dashboard:
- Seller ID: The unique identifying number of the seller.
- Seller Business Name: The name under which the seller operates.
- Orders: The total number of orders the seller receives in the timeframe selected.
- Dispatch Breaches: The total number of orders for the seller that breached their effective SLA in the timeframe selected. An order counts as a breach if any one line item inside it missed its own effective SLA, which combines the base SLA threshold with any dispatch lead days configured on the variant, advert, or taxon.

- Return Rate Percentage: This represents the percentage of line items refunded over a selected period.
- Shipments: The total number of shipments over a selected period.
- Without Tracking Links: The total number of shipments for the seller that did not include a tracking link in the timeframe selected.
- Without Tracking Links Percentage: The percentage of shipments for the seller that did not include a tracking link in the timeframe selected.
