Operators can export all service level agreement (SLA) data and download it in a CSV file. The exported file contains detailed data not readily visible on the dashboard:
- Seller ID: The unique identifying number of the seller.
- Seller Business Name: The name under which the seller operates.
- Orders: The total number of orders the seller receives in the timeframe selected.
- Dispatch Breaches: The total number of orders for the seller that breached the dispatch threshold in the timeframe selected.
- Dispatch Breaches Rate Percentage: This represents the percentage of orders for the seller that breached the dispatch threshold in the timeframe selected.
- Products: The total number of products (line items) sold.
- Products Cancelled: The total number of products (line items) canceled by customers.
- Cancellation Rate Percentage: This represents the percentage of line items that have been canceled over a selected period.
- Products Returned: The total number of products returned in the timeframe selected.
- Return Rate Percentage: This represents the percentage of line items refunded over a selected period.
- Shipments: The total number of shipments over a selected period.
- Without Tracking Links: The total number of shipments for the seller that did not include a tracking link in the timeframe selected.
- Without Tracking Links Percentage: The percentage of shipments for the seller that did not include a tracking link in the timeframe selected.
- Current Rating: The seller rating is calculated based on four metrics. Learn more.
- Start Date: The start date of the data calculated in the exported file.
- End Date: The end date of the data calculated in the exported file.
How to export SLA seller data
- Sign in to the Operator portal.
- Go to Sellers > Seller Performance.
- Click the Export all data download button.
Note: The timeframe filter (week, month, quarter, etc.) you select in the Seller Performance dashboard will apply to the exported file. - Click the Imports & Exports link in the toast notification.

Go to Reporting > Imports & Exports from the left nav bar. - Click the export file name under the File column to download the CSV. The file should have “sla_export” in its name.
