To target specific customers with promotions, marketplace operators can create an on-site loyalty program. This lets them assign members different loyalty levels, enabling the creation of promotions tailored to each level.
Enable Loyalty Program
- Sign in to the Operator portal.
- Go to Configuration > Site Details.
- Check the Loyalty program is enabled? box.
- Scroll down and click Submit.
Configure the Loyalty Program.
- In the Operator portal, go to Configuration > Loyalty Program.
- Configure the following:
- Loyalty program name: Give your loyalty program a name.
- Default level: The default level is the level that all members will be automatically assigned when they sign up.
- Levels: Add or delete levels for your loyalty program.
- Click Save.
Manage promos to apply to specific membership levels
Create a new promo for specific membership levels
- In the Operator portal, go to Marketing > Promotion > Create new promotion.
- In the Site-wide promotions page, configure your promo.
- Toggle on the Restrict to loyalty program member switch.
- Select the membership level from the Only membership levels dropdown. Add as many as you need.
- Click Save.
Edit a promo
- In the Operator portal, go to Marketing > Promotion > All promotions.
- Look for the promo you want to edit in the table and click the edit pencil icon.
- Toggle on the Restrict to loyalty program member switch.
- Select the membership level from the Only membership levels dropdown. Add as many as you need.
- Click Save.
