Once enabled by the marketplace operator, sellers can create promotions in the Seller Portal.
Access the Promotion Tool
- Sign in to the Seller Portal.
- Navigate to Marketing > Promotions in the side navigation.
- Click Create new promotion.
Promotion Information
When you click Create new promotion, a window appears. Enter the following:

| Promotion name | Name your promotion (for internal reference and display during checkout) |
| Date range | Optional. Set Start date and End date to schedule when it runs |
| Teaser | Optional short message shown to customers (e.g. “Spend $300 on Brand X and get 20 % off”) |
| Description | Internal description used in your Promotions list to help identify the promo |
| Suspend promotion | Tick this checkbox if you want to create the promotion in an inactive state (not yet live) |
Click Next to go to the next step: Actions.
Actions
Choose the reward or benefit customers get under this promotion:

After configuring your action(s), click Next to proceed to the Filters step.
Filters
Use filters to restrict which orders / products the promotion applies to. Some options:
| Filter | Description |
| Amount spent |
Set a minimum spend and/or maximum spend. Example: only orders over ₱ 99 qualify. |
| Brands | Limit promotion to certain brands. Select the brand(s) to include (or exclude). |
| Categories | Limit or exclude by product categories. |
| Specific ads | Apply this promotion only to certain adverts by ID. Enter advert IDs. |
| Specific variants | Enter the variant ids (these can be found in the URL of the product page) in the field. Note: A promotion should never be applied to both the parent (product) and the variants. |
| Restrict to loyalty program members | If you have membership or loyalty tiers, you can restrict which tiers are eligible. |
| Sale items | Items already on sale price may be excluded by default. |
Note: If you do not check any filters (or do not add any filter values), the promotion may apply site-wide or to all products, based on how your marketplace is set up.
Once you’ve set filters, click Submit to save / activate your promotion.
