Promotions let you offer discounts or special deals on your products to attract buyers and increase sales. In the Seller Portal, you can create, edit, or suspend promotions directly from the Marketing menu.
How to view promotions
- Go to the Marketing menu and select Promotions.
- The Promotions window opens and lists your current promotions.
- Use the filter options to change the view:
- Active promotions: Promotions currently running (default view).
- Expired promotions: Promotions that have ended.
- Upcoming promotions: Scheduled promotions that have not yet started.
- All promotions: Shows every promotion created for your account.
Manage promotions
From the promotions list, you can:
- Edit an existing promotion to adjust details like dates, discount values, or included products.
- Create a new promotion using the step-by-step wizard. This guides you through choosing the promotion type, setting discounts, selecting eligible products, and scheduling start/end dates.
- Suspend a promotion from the kebab menu (…) if you want to pause it temporarily without deleting it.
