When the integration is established, you can refine the behavior of the integration by modifying the settings.
- In the Seller Portal, navigate to Settings in the Integration Manager.
- Refine the settings. See more information on the settings below.
- To save the changes, click Update Settings.
Sync settings
These are the sync settings and their corresponding descriptions:
- Enable webhook sync: Enable this option for real-time product sync. If this option is disabled, the products are synced every 15 minutes. You also need to Connect WooCommerce Webhooks.
Product Settings
These are the product settings and their corresponding descriptions:
- Ignore barcodes: Enable this option if you know that non-barcode data is present in the Barcode (UPC/EAN) field. This option is disabled by default.

Automatically publish products: Published products that are offline because they were out of stock automatically become available again when the stock is replenished. This option is disabled by default.
Note: You must still correct the validation errors on new products and variants before you can publish them. - Enable product imports: If you select this option, the automatic and scheduled imports of products are enabled. If you deselect this option, you must import manually. This option is enabled by default.
- Mark adverts and variants as inactive…: If the product or variant is inactive or absent in WooCommerce, it is marked as inactive in Marketplacer, by setting the stock level to 0. This option is enabled by default. Deselect this option if there are manually created products in Marketplacer that are not in WooCommerce for the seller, or if the seller imports product data from sources aside from WooCommerce.

Sync images settings:
- Disabled: Select this option to not sync the images. This setting applies after the first import. Select this option if you want the images in WooCommerce and Marketplacer to be different for all products (adverts).
- Sync and preserve: Select this option to sync and keep any images manually added in Marketplacer. This is the default sync image setting. Select this option if you want Marketplace-specific images for some products.
- Sync and delete: Select this option to sync all images and replace the manually added ones in Marketplacer. If you want to use the images in WooCommerce and Marketplacer to be the same for all products (adverts), then select this option.
- Use information from the product database to create variants: This option is enabled by default. The product database is a Marketplacer feature that helps you maintain a single set of product information across your sellers. For information on the product database, see Product database.
- Allow matching against the product database via SKU field: The SKUs are not unique so when you enable this option, it can cause data corruption if your SKUs match against multiple items in the product database or if you use the same SKU twice for different items. This option is disabled by default.
- These are the Attributes to sync when a product is created:
- Stock
- Description
- Price
- Sale price
- Weight and Dimensions
- SKU
- Title
The first import of a product or variant synchronizes all of the fields listed above. These settings determine what happens in subsequent imports. These fields are enabled by default.
Order settings
These are the order settings and their corresponding descriptions:
- Sync invoices to WooCommerce: Select this option to use WooCommerce to manage invoicing. Disable the option if you are using manual invoicing or another invoicing method. This field is enabled by default.
- Exclude the customer’s email address on any orders sent through to WooCommerce: This option is used to prevent customer email details from being added to mailing lists without permission. This option is disabled by default.
- Invoice Sync Start Date: If you enable synchronization of invoices, only the invoices created on or after the invoice sync start date are synchronized. The default invoice sync start date is the current date.
- Include tax on the postage amount: Enabling this setting sends the postage amount inclusive of tax to WooCommerce. if you disable this setting, Marketplacer will send the tax-exclusive postage amount to WooCommerce. The correct approach should be verified with your WooCommerce settings, as tax can be automatically be applied for orders that are received.
Inventory settings
These are the inventory settings and their corresponding descriptions:
- Stock buffer value: The stock buffer value is the quantity to be deducted from the stock on hand to prevent overselling. This is a store-wide setting. This field is blank by default.
- Only import new products that have stock: Products will not be created in Marketplacer until they have stock on hand. If you turn this option off, any products without stock in WooCommerce will be created in Marketplacer in the next import. Disabled by default.
- Never set stock levels to be infinite, even if WooCommerce has it set. - In WooCommerce, products can have infinite/unlimited stock. Disabled by default. If this setting is enabled, the product (advert) is not published (0), or the stock level in Marketplacer is set to the overridden value in WooCommerce. If this setting is not enabled, the products (adverts) in Marketplacer will have the unlimited stock flag set.
Configuration Settings
These are the Configuration settings and their corresponding descriptions:
- Apply currency conversions: This option is set if you enable currency conversions in the setup wizard. This option is disabled by default. If you change this option, then you must do a full import to update all product pricing. To change this option, deselect only process new products in Imports.
- Apply GST to all imported products: This option is only applicable to accounts for Australian marketplaces. This option adds GST to product pricing and is disabled by default. Only enable this option if the product pricing doest not include GST.
- Failed import mail notification: If you enable this option, you will receive an automated email notification when an import fails. This option is disabled by default. If this is disabled, then you must review the import information through the Integration Manager regularly.
