As part of your daily operations, you should check that integrations are synchronising data as expected.
To view the results of an import:
- Sign in into the seller portal as a seller.
- Select API & Integrations from the account settings menu (the icon with 3 dots) in the top right.
- Select Go to Integrations Manager.
- Select Imports.
The import logs are displayed. - Select the ID to view the results of the import.
To view products (adverts):
- Sign in into the seller portal as a seller.
- Select API & Integrations from the account settings menu (the icon with 3 dots) in the top right.
- Select Go to Integrations Manager.
- Select Items.
The items are displayed. - Select the ID to view the item.
To view invoices:
- Sign in into the seller portal as a seller.
- Select API & Integrations from the account settings menu (the icon with 3 dots) in the top right.
- Select Go to Integrations Manager.
- Select the Invoices icon.
A list of invoices displays. You can drill down into the invoice details. - On this page you can:
- Set Only export invoices created since the last export.
- Manually trigger an export.
If you need restart an import:
- Sign in into the seller portal as a seller.
- Select API & Integrations from the account settings menu (the icon with 3 dots) in the top right.
- Select Go to Integrations Manager.
- Select Imports.
- Select Start Import.
- Select the ID to view the results of the import.
