Marketplacer sends retailers daily email reminders summarizing all invoices that haven’t been dispatched.
The system ensures sellers are notified promptly about outstanding orders, helping them stay on track with their dispatch SLAs. These emails provide a clear overview of pending invoices, supporting efficient order management.
Previously, operators could configure a delay to determine when sellers started receiving notifications about outstanding orders. The system now sends these email reminders daily without delay, including all undelivered invoices.

Note: By default, email reminders to sellers are enabled.

Exclude sellers from receiving email reminders for non-dispatched invoices
You can now disable outstanding order notification emails for sellers.
For example, this is useful if a seller receives orders directly in their source system via MConnect and tracks outstanding orders there.
To disable email reminders for sellers:
- Go to Sellers > Manage Sellers.
- Find the seller and click on the edit icon next to the account name.
- Scroll down to the Account Features section.
- Check the Opt-out of receiving a daily outstanding order summary email box.
- Click Update Account.
Note: By default, email reminders to sellers are enabled.
