To set up SendGrid for a vertical:
- Sign in to the Operator portal admin.
- Navigate to CONFIGURATION > External Account Settings > Email Marketing Providers.
- Click Add New Provider.
- Select Sendgrid as the provider and click Save Settings. Note that only one email marketing provider can be added at a time. If one has already been added, you'll get an error.
- Click Sendgrid to go to the credentials page.
- Enter your API Key and ensure the SendGrid EDM is enabled setting is selected to enable synchronizing of contacts with SendGrid.
