Feedonomics Integration with Marketplacer – Marketplacer

Feedonomics is a leading feed management platform that helps businesses optimize and distribute data across various sales channels.

Integrating Feedonomics with Marketplacer speeds up seller onboarding, handles high-volume order and shipment syncing (excluding product data), reduces manual work, and enhances scalability, ultimately boosting sales potential.

Notes & Out-of-Scope Items

Product syncing from Feedonomics to Marketplacer is handled separately by the Feedonomics team. It is not part of the MConnect integration.
SKU-level validation is not handled in Feedonomics. Sellers should validate SKUs in their own systems.
Returns and refunds are not included in the current Feedonomics–Marketplacer integration.
Sellers using other e-commerce platforms are not affected by this integration and can continue with business as usual (BAU).

Set up MConnect and authorize Feedonomics

This setup enables syncing orders between Marketplacer and Feedonomics via MConnect.

Prerequisites

You must have the following details before starting the setup:

Your Feedonomics credentials (Client ID and Client Secret)
Access to your Marketplacer and Feedonomics accounts

Operator-level configuration in Marketplacer

Before sellers can use Feedonomics, the operator must complete setup in Marketplacer.

Operators must configure their marketplace as a channel in Feedonomics.
Feedonomics will provide the operator with client_id and client_secret credentials after configuration.
Operators need to enter these credentials in MConnect so all seller accounts can reference them.
1. Log in to the Operator portal.
2. Go to Reporting > MConnect Report
3. Select Configuration.
4. Enter the credentials.
5. Click Save Configuration.

Set up in MConnect

Sign in to your retailer account.
Go to Extensions > MConnect, then click Go to MConnect.
In MConnect, select Feedonomics from the list of integration platforms.
Click Set my account type.
On the Choose what to sync page, select Sync Invoices.
Click Continue.
Enter your Feedonomics credentials:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
Click Submit.

Authorize in Feedonomics

Click Authenticate with Feedonomics. You’ll be redirected to Feedonomics to complete authorization.
Select the integration channel and click Authorize.

Once credentials are validated and the account is set up, order syncing can begin. Refer to the Data sync between Marketplacer and Feedonomics article to know how to manage orders and fulfillment.
