Please speak to your Hyperwallet Account Manager to locate this token.
Once Hyperwallet is integrated, there are some configuration settings you need to apply on Marketplacer for this to be setup. Please find below these steps.
- Navigate to Configuration > Member Settings and enable “Enable Automatic Hyperwaller for Members”. Any new member you create in the Members Database, Hyperwallet will automatically be enabled for this seller. (optional)
- If sellers already exist in the Members Database that will need Hyperwallet enabled, you will need to do this manually. Navigate to the Members Database, locate the seller/s that require Hyperwallet, edit their account, and enable “Process remittances via Hyperwallet.
- Navigate to Configuration > Member Settings and set up your “Remittance Delay (days)”. This is essentially how long the seller needs to wait until they receive their remittance. This is triggered as part of the overnight remittance verification process after an admin selects the “Release Payment” under Orders > Payment to Approve." You can read more about releasing remittances HERE.
Notes
This is a two-step process, first configuration as an Operator, then as a Seller, for more information on the seller verification process please see here
FAQs
Common Error Messages
Error: email: The value you provided for this field is already registered with another user…
Solution: You can't have two Hyperwallet users with the same email. Either delete one (in Hyperwallet) or use a different, unique email for this account. Marketplacer sends Hyperwallet the sellers details (including their email), so these will always match and should be no need to have two accounts in Hyperwallet with the same email.
Error: businessRegistrationId: is invalid length or format.
Solution: The ABN field must be valid. You can use ABN Lookup for this.
