MPay is Marketplacer’s payout platform for seller payments, provided in partnership with Airwallex. It automates payout calculation and processing for operators and supports payouts across multiple currencies and countries.
MPay Key Features and Capabilities
- Integrated Seller Setup and Compliance: Includes an integrated seller setup to support a seamless onboarding experience. Features automated KYC/AML checks to support regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
- Automated Payout Processing: Provides auto payout calculation and reconciliation. Commission amounts are deducted prior to final payout. Adjustments are applied for refunds, returns, and order amendments.
- International Payouts: Enables payouts for international sellers, supporting access to global supply. Supports sellers and buyers across 20 countries. Enables transactions in 15 different currencies.
- Escrow Functionality: Includes built-in escrow functionality to support secure transactions. Funds are held until product delivery is confirmed, supporting fulfillment before payout.
- Operational Management: Supports integrated settlement reconciliation with error handling. Supports flexible payout terms per seller. Manages 1P, 2P, and 3P consolidation.
- Security and Compliance: Is PSD2 Compliant. Is SOC 2 Type II Certified. Uses TLS v1.2 with AES-256 encryption.
- Reporting for Operators: Provides seller KYC status operator reporting. Provides integrated seller reporting on payment status.
Triage and Support
Marketplacer provides support for MPay inquiries:
- Operator Support: Operators can submit a support request to Marketplacer directly via the online portal 24/7 if a seller encounters a problem with the MPay Solution.
- First-Line Resolution: Marketplacer's team answers and resolves the majority of inquiries at the first line.
- Escalation: Queries related to banking/payment rails that require input from the PSP are escalated directly to Airwallex.
