Admin users can make bulk updates using CSV or XLSX file for:
- Product details (Products > Bulk upload products): Export, modify, and re-import existing products, or add new ones using a template.
- Stock levels (Products > Bulk upload stock): Import stock data.
- Order dispatch details (Orders > Bulk dispatch): Import dispatch information.
The import and export tasks can take some time and do not require user interaction, so they run as background tasks.
Find the status and output of an import or export task
- In Seller portal, go to the Imports & exports.
- Filter the list by type and or status. Set the filter and select Search.

Type
- All: All imports and exports are listed.
- Product Import: Only show imports of product spreadsheets.
- Product Export: Only show exports of product spreadsheets.
- Stock Level Import: Only show stock level imports.
- Shipments Import: Only show bulk dispatch uploads.

Status
- All: All imports and exports are listed.
- Pending: Only show tasks that are yet to start.
- Loading: Only show imports where the file is being read.
- Processing: Only show exports that are being processed.
- Finished: Only show completed tasks.
- Error: Only show tasks that did not compete successfully.

Type
- Select Live poll to refresh the screen automatically while waiting for an import or export to complete. Stop polling cancels the live polling.
- Once the task you need is complete, the count columns will indicate the outcome:
- Expected Result Count: The number of products or orders should have been updated.
- Processed Count: The number of products or orders updated.
- Failed Count: The number of product or order updates failed.
- Select the file name to download the file.
