Commission packages are sets of rules applied to a seller’s orders. These rules determine how categories or invoice amounts map to commission rates, and they are managed by the marketplace operator.
When shoppers purchase your products, the rules in your active commission package are applied at checkout.
You can view your current commission package to see the details of the commission the operator will collect on your orders.
How to view your current commission packages in the Seller Portal
- Select the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then select Account Settings.
- Go to the Commission Packages tab.
- To see the custom rates in a package, select the underlined number in the Custom rates column.
- A drawer opens, showing the rates within that package.
- You can search for specific categories within this list using the search bar.
Notes:
- All commission packages that have ever applied to your account are listed, including historical ones.
- The Current flag highlights which package is active.
- If the operator enables the Charge commission on line item postage for all orders setting, a banner appears above the Commission Packages table.
- This means commission will also apply to postage costs on all orders, even if not shown in the table, because the global setting overrides individual package rules.
