Bulk update products using the Legacy Bulk Product Uploader
To edit multiple products, you can download the list as CSV or XLS, edit product details, and upload the file back to the seller portal. You can also edit product details manually.
There are currently two locations where you can download a product list: Bulk Upload Products and Manage Products.
Download a product list from Bulk Upload Products
- Go to the Products menu and select Bulk upload products.

Click Generate under the file format you prefer. You can select between these export files to generate:
- Existing products: Contains your existing products with their details and any errors.
- Products with errors: Contains only your products with errors.
- Follow the displayed link or go to Imports & exports to access the file.
- Locate your download in the list.
- Once the file is generated, select the file name to download the file.
Download a product list from Manage Products
You can export with or without filters.
- Go to Products > Manage Products.
- Select the Show Filters button. Narrow down your search using different filter options and select Search. Select Export results in the bottom left of the filter panel.
- In the Export Product Data window, select from the following options:
- File format: CSV or XLSX.
- Type of product data to export: All product data or only product/variant data with errors.
- Customize columns: Choose which data to include from multiple selections.
- Select Export spreadsheet.
- Click the generated link in the notification or go to Imports & Exports from the side nav.
- Once the file is generated, select the file name to download the file.
Edit products in bulk
After you download the selected export file, open the CSV or XLS in a spreadsheet program.

Upload the updated products list back to the Seller portal.
Delete products in bulk
- After downloading the selected export file, open the CSV or XLS file in Excel and remove any products you want to delete.
- Upload the updated file. Follow the steps in the Upload the product changes in bulk section.
- Before uploading back the file, ensure to select the Tick if you would like to remove all products and variants from your account which are not included in the uploaded CSV file checkbox.
Upload the product changes in bulk
- Go to the Products menu and select Bulk upload products.
- Select Upload Spreadsheet.
- Select the CSV or XLS file you want to upload.
- Select Open.

Above the Upload button, there's a checkbox to delete all your current products and replace them with the uploaded file's contents. You might do this, for example, if you have made a lot of changes.
Important: Only enable this option if you want to replace all your existing products in the marketplace. - Select Upload to complete the upload. Once the upload is complete, your product list is updated.
Checking import status after bulk upload
When the import is completed, the Seller Portal and Operator Portal display feedback on import errors, which includes catalog rule errors.
- Sign in to the Operator portal.
- Go back to Bulk Upload Products and scroll down to Recent Import History.
- On the Results column, you can view the errors and the Download products with errors, which you can click to download and view the errors in detail.
- Update the product/detail with errors and re-upload the file.
