You can export product data from the Seller Portal to review or update information in bulk. When generating an export, you can choose which columns to include and save your preferences for future downloads.
Things to note about the export file:
- The columns Ad ID, Variant ID, and Errors are always included in the export.
- The columns are arranged alphabetically.
- If you click Select all, you can select or deselect all columns.
- You can have separate column configurations for Existing products and Products with errors.
- The Publish advert (yes/no) column in the export file is different from the Status (offline/online) field in the Seller Portal UI (in the Manage Products panel).
How to export products in bulk using the Legacy Bulk Product Uploader
When exporting products in the Seller Portal, you can specify which fields you want to include in your export.
- Login to the Seller Portal.
- Go to Products > Bulk Upload Products.

Click Generate on either CSV or XLSX column for Existing products or Products with errors.
A panel opens where you can select which columns you want to include in the export.Note: Selecting CSV may corrupt special characters in the title, description, and other product details. We highly suggest using the XLSX format. - Click Confirm Selection to export the file with the columns you selected.
Configuration
The configuration is saved in your local browser storage, which means that:
- If you clear your cookies and cache, you will lose any column configurations you initially set. You must redo the configurations the next time you export products.
- If you use a different browser or a different machine, you will not be able to access configurations initially done.
