Bulk update stock levels

Use bulk upload to update stock levels for multiple products at once. This process generates a spreadsheet of your products and variants, which you can edit and re-upload to apply the changes.

How to bulk update product stock levels in the Seller Portal

1. Go to Products, then Bulk upload stock.
2. Select Download to generate the stock levels spreadsheet in CSV or Excel format.
3. Follow the displayed link or go to Imports & exports to access the file.
4. Locate your download in the list.
5. Once the file is generated, select the file name to download the file. The file will include all products and their variants.
6. Edit the amounts in the Stock Level column and save. 
7. Back in the Bulk upload stock window, select Upload Spreadsheet and choose the edited file.
8. Select Upload. The upload job runs and a message appears when successful.
