Delete products in bulk via spreadsheet

Operators can delete products in bulk using a spreadsheet. 

1. Sign in to the Operator portal.
2. Click ADVERTS > Search Adverts.
3. In the Search Adverts page, scroll down and click the Bulk delete via spreadsheet button.
4. Create a spreadsheet with columns Delete Advert ID and Delete Variant ID or download the sample file and populate it with the IDs of the adverts and variants to be deleted.
   
   Notes:

   • To delete a variant, you must specify the Advert ID and the Variant ID. If the advert and variant IDs do not match, the variants will not be deleted.
   • To delete a product/advert, you must specify just the Advert ID and leave the Variant ID blank.
5. If the advert has any variants left, the variant will not be deleted.
6. Upload the spreadsheet.
7. Click Delete adverts and variants.
8. To check the result, click the “here” hyperlink in the Check the results section.
