Overview
The refunds report page, found under Admin > Orders > Refund Requests, includes various search functionalities, allowing users to search for refund requests using refund details, customer details, and retailer details. There are various fields that can be used to search for a refund request, outlined in detail below.
Buttons and actions
- Search: Use the search bar to find refund records based on the applied filters. The results are displayed in the table below.
- Reset: Clears the search and filter criteria, returning the page to its default state.
Filters available
Filters are provided to help narrow down refund requests based on specific attributes. Use the fields to apply filters. Below are the available options:
- Refund request ID: Enter the ID of the refund request to search for a specific refund.
- Invoice ID: Search using the invoice number associated with the refund request.
- Customer name: Filter by the name of the customer requesting the refund.
- Retailer name: Enter the name of the retailer associated with the refund request.
- Refund request status: Use this dropdown to filter by the status of the refund request.
- Order date: Specify the date the original order was placed.
- Refund request date from / to: Set a range for the date when the refund request was created.
- Refund date from / to: Define a date range for when the refund was processed.
- Refund request external ID: Enter an external ID for the refund request.
- Remitted: Check this box to filter for remitted refunds.
Viewing results
Once you've searched using one or more fields, all relevant refund requests will appear in a list format. Additional details on refunds, including customer, retailer, and transaction information, can be accessed by scrolling across the table.
Customizing the table columns
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a table displaying refund data. You can customize the information shown in the table by clicking the Show / hide table columns button. This opens a window where you can check or uncheck columns to display.
