Sections you can manage
Standard Information
This section contains the seller’s basic details, including store name, logo, and contact information. You can also update the business address and view the store location on a map. Operators typically edit this area when a seller rebrands or updates their legal entity information.
Subscription Information
Here you can review the seller’s active subscription, including the plan type and billing period. Operators may update this if a seller upgrades or downgrades their subscription. This section helps ensure the seller is on the correct package for their needs.
Subscription Details
Define the specific subscription package and any associated options. You can assign pricing models, apply trial periods, or enable add-ons. Updates here determine how the seller is charged and what features are available to them.
Commission Package Details
This section allows you to assign the commission package that governs revenue share between the marketplace and the seller. Adjustments here directly affect how much commission is deducted from each sale. Operators may revisit this if commission structures change or custom agreements are made.
Selling and Equity Options
Configure options that apply to how the seller participates in sales or equity programs. Depending on your marketplace setup, this can include advanced configurations for partnerships or revenue distribution. Operators use this area when onboarding sellers with unique commercial arrangements.
Remittance Details
Set up how sellers receive payouts from the marketplace. You can configure payment providers, add bank account information, and adjust remittance preferences. Keeping this section accurate ensures funds are transferred smoothly without delays.
Account Features
Enable or disable specific features the seller can use in your marketplace. This may include product uploads, integration access, reporting tools, or wholesale capabilities. Operators typically update this area when granting additional privileges or restricting access.
Wholesale Preferences
If your marketplace supports wholesale, this section manages wholesale-related settings. Operators can control whether a seller participates in wholesale programs and adjust defaults for wholesale transactions. This helps tailor the seller’s experience to different buyer types.
Payment Details
This section provides an overview of the seller’s configured payment preferences. Operators can verify that payment methods are valid and update them if required. It works in tandem with Remittance Details to ensure smooth transactions.
Shipping Details
Define the seller’s default shipping options and preferences. Operators may adjust these if the seller changes shipping providers or offers new delivery methods. Accurate shipping details reduce fulfillment issues.
Products
Manage product submission rules and approval requirements. Operators can set whether a seller’s products need approval before going live. This section helps maintain product quality and compliance with marketplace standards.
Account Management
Control access to the seller’s account by adding or removing users and assigning roles. Operators can ensure the right team members have the correct permissions. This section is also useful when staff changes occur on the seller’s side.
