All member accounts must follow these password rules to help keep the platform secure.
Requirements

Passwords must be at least 10 characters long.

Must include at least:

1 uppercase letter

1 number

1 special character

Commonly used passwords are not allowed (for example: password, 12345678, football, passw0rd).

Passwords are checked against lists of compromised passwords (via haveibeenpwned.com).

Only the account owner can set or reset their password. When a new retailer account is created, or when a reset is requested, the member will receive an email to create or update their password.
