Sellers
- View seller performance report: Access to view seller performance against SLA metrics including dispatch rate, cancellation rates and more.
- Manage chat: Exchange chat messages with sellers.
- Login as retailer: Log into the seller portal as a retailer from the operator portal with full access to all areas of the seller portal.
- Manage Golden Records (CPD) backfill settings: View and edit the CPD backfill settings for all sellers in the edit seller page. Also requires the permission Create and manage sellers.
- Create and manage sellers: Create and edit sellers and manage all seller details and settings with the billings, and CPD backfill settings. View the MConnect Report.
- Manage seller trades and ratings: View, create, edit, and delete seller trades and ratings.
- Manage seller subscription billings: Manage a seller's subscription and one-off billings. Also requires the permission Create and manage sellers.
Inquiries & Lead Reporting
- Manage inquiries: View the All Inquiries report.
- Perform action on the inquiries report: Access the actions column in the All Inquiries report.
- Manage email inquiries: View and vet High-risk email inquiries and view the Email inquiries report.
- Manage blocked emails: Add, delete, or search blocked email addresses.
Orders
- View orders: View and export orders in the All Sales report as well as the Not Dispatched and Awaiting Collection report, download financial PDFs from the All sales report.
- Manage orders: Edit delivery and billing details of an order, approve payouts, and gives access to the Action column in the All Sales report. Also requires the View orders permission.
Refunds
- View refund requests: View and export refund requests.
- Process returns: Start refund requests and process returns. Also requires the permission View refund requests.
- Process refunds: Process refunds. Also requires the permissions View refund requests and Process returns.
- Revert refund denial: Revert refund denials. Also requires the permissions View refund requests, Process returns, and Process refunds.
Products
- Manage product catalog: Search, export, and import products in the operator portal. View, approve and reject products in Product vetting.
- Manage Golden Records (CPD): View, create, update and delete Golden Products and Golden Variants. Manually link Golden Variants to seller variants. Import Golden Products and Variants into seller accounts. Manually trigger the backfill from Golden Products and Variants to linked products and variants.
- Manage measurement units: Create, update, and delete measurement units.
- View catalog rules: View catalog rules. The catalog rules feature enables operators to create product validation rules based on their product requirements.
- Manage catalog rules: Create, update and delete catalog rules. Sellers’ products are validated against these rules before vetting (if enabled) or before the product goes online in the marketplace.
Seller Community
- Access seller community: Browse sellers and their products, and send connection requests.
Marketing
