Reset your admin or operator account password

To reset your admin password, follow these steps:

1. Go to the login page. 
2. Click Forgotten your password.
3. Enter your email address and click Submit.
4. Check your email for the password reset email.
5. Click the Reset your password link.
6. Set a new password.
7. Click Update.

Enter your username with the new password to log into your admin portal.

Password requirements

Create a strong password that includes:

• At least 8 characters
• At least 1 number
• At least 1 uppercase letter
• At least 1 special character
