Connect your Maropost Commerce Cloud (formerly Neto) store to Marketplacer using MConnect to sync products, inventory, and orders automatically between both platforms.
Note: If you have multiple API users or want to control API users' calls, set up API keys on a per-user basis in the Staff User Manager. API permissions can be defined within a user's permission group.
You can use the global API connection that Maropost Commerce Cloud offers or a user-specific API.
Get your Maropost Commerce Cloud API key
You’ll need an API key from your Maropost Commerce Cloud (MCC) store to connect it to Marketplacer. You can use either a global API key or create user-specific API keys if you want to manage access or limit API calls per staff user.
- Log in to your Maropost Commerce Cloud store.
- Go to Settings & Tools > Staff Users.
- Select the staff user you want to generate the API key for.
- On the Edit User page, click Generate to create a new API key, then copy it.
- Click Save & Close.
Tip: Setting up API keys per user allows better control over access and usage. API permissions can be defined within each user’s permission group.
Set up your Maropost account in MConnect
- Sign in to your Seller portal in Marketplacer.
- From the side navigation, go to Extensions > MConnect.
- Click Go to MConnect.
- Select the Maropost Commerce Cloud tile from the list of available e-commerce platforms.
- Click Set my account type.
- Choose what to sync (for example, Products, Images, or Invoices). You can adjust these later in Settings.
- Click Continue.
In Connect your Maropost Commerce Cloud account, specify the information for these fields:
