When a seller leverages the Maropost Commerce Cloud integration through MConnect, any sales that the seller makes on your marketplace can be synced to their Maropost Commerce Cloud store for fulfillment. The sellers can configure the order status that is assigned to orders that are synced.
By default, orders are sent to Maropost Commerce Cloud with an order status of 'Pick'. Sellers can change it to these statuses:
- On Hold
- Pick
- New
Refer to this Maropost article to know more about the Maropost Commerce order status. If you are unsure of the impact of the order status in your integration, you can leave the default value as 'Pick'.
To configure the default order status
- Log in to the seller's account and go to their Integrations Manager settings - Accessing the Integrations Manager.
- Go Settings > Order Settings.
- Select a status from the order status dropdown.
- Click Update Settings to save changes.
After saving the settings, the rules apply the next time an order is sent to Maropost Commerce Cloud.
