When integrating with Maropost Commerce Cloud, use the set default price level for imported items. However, our integration supports specified pricing based on Maropost Commerce Cloud customer groups.
Set price levels
- Log in to the retailer account.
- Go to Extensions > MConnect.
- Click Go to MConnect.
- Click Imports and click the most recent completed import ID to access the import information.
- Click the Maropost (Neto) Commerce Cloud ID for the selected item.
- Scroll down the page until you see the raw data to be submitted. Once found, locate the PriceGroups data. If you have multiple groups set up in your Maropost Commerce Cloud, you will see a number of Group values listed.
- Each group represents a different customer group in Maropost Commerce Cloud, along with the price and number of other variables. In the below example, there are four different groups such as Website, Marketplaces, C, D (all with different prices).
- After identifying the different groups, specify which group and respective price to use for items coming into your marketplace. To do this, scroll back to the top of the page and click the Settings icon.
- In the Map Price Fields section, specify which price group you want to use for your items.
- Enter the name of the group in the Price Level field.
Note: This is case-sensitive and must be typed verbatim. - If you have a separate sale price level, specify that in the Sales Price Level field. In the example below, we used Marketplaces as the Price Level and C as the Sale Price Level:
- Click Update settings. The Integrations manager will take the new settings into account for all imports going forward.
- If you only set the Price Level, then sale price will not be submitted.
- Ensure that the mapped price group is available on all products to be uploaded. If the price group is not found, the item will not be uploaded.
- If you want to reset to the default price, clear Price Levels and Sale Price Level fields.
- If you only set the price group in Sale Price Level field, the product will be priced at the RRP (Recommended Retail Price). If there's no RRP, then the product will be priced with the highest price from all available price groups.
Troubleshoot the "Set price group not found" error
If your Maropost Commerce Cloud integration is not updating stock levels or pricing, the Integrations Manager is probably skipping updates due to the "Set price group not found" error.
This issue occurs when the Price Level or Sale Price Level is incorrectly specified. Please ensure to follow the steps in the Set price levels section. Also ensure that the Groups are typed verbatim and case-sensitive in their respective fields. If you use customer groups in Maropost Commerce Cloud without correctly mapping the prices in the Integrations Manager, the Marrketplacer platform cannot identify which price to import. In that case, the system skips the import.
