Upload products from multiple sellers

Operators can bulk upload products for multiple sellers, as long as the adverts already exist in the system and have advert IDs.

Export and update the product spreadsheet

1. Sign in to the Operator Portal.
2. Go to ADVERTS > Search Adverts.
3. Use the filters to find the adverts you want to update.
4. Click Export Adverts to export the products.
5. Open the file and update the advert details as needed.

Import the product spreadsheet

1. Go back to the operator portal.
2. Go to ADVERTS > Search Adverts.
3. Click the Manage Data dropdown > Bulk import. 
4. Select the updated file and upload it.
5. Wait for the upload to complete.

Check the results

• Verify that the upload was successful.
• Review the updated adverts in Search Adverts page.

Notes

• Only adverts with valid advert IDs can be updated.
• Keep the file in CSV format when making edits.
• Do not change or remove required column headers.
• Large uploads may take several minutes to process.
