Below is a list of the email communication that the marketplace sends to your customers, retailer and admin. The email content can be updated in Language Customisation.

Note: Items labeled DEV (under content editing) mean that the dev team will need to update the content for you. To request for content modification, please submit a support ticket.
Disabling Email Notifications
Customer Notifications
If you use a different front-end, we can disable the emails sent to customers (order received, order dispatched, and others). You can also disable customer notifications:
- Sign in to the Operator Portal.
- Navigate to CONFIGURATION > Site Details.
- Deselect Skip sending emails to consumers setting.
- Click Submit.
Seller Remittance Notification
By default, Marketplacer will generate a summary of any invoice ready to be paid and send that information to your sellers. To disable the seller remittance notification:
- Sign in to the Operator Portal.
- Navigate to CONFIGURATION > Members Settings.
- Deselect the Send marketplace generated remittance emails to members setting.
- Click Submit.
Note: As an operator, you must include the "notifications": "EMAIL" flag in the orderCreate mutation if they want Marketplacer to send the seller a new Invoice notification. To know more, see this article in our API documentation site.
