Managing sellers
Each row in the table corresponds to a seller account and provides quick access to essential information and actions.
- Edit button: Edit seller account details.
- Delete button: Remove a seller account (use with caution).
Note: Once a seller account is deleted from the admin portal, the seller and any additional users will no longer be able to sign into their Marketplacer seller portal. This prevents them from:
- Accessing and managing their seller account details
- Creating and managing their products
- Checking and fulfilling any outstanding orders
- Using API keys (they will be deactivated)
However, in the admin portal, operators can still search and view previous orders and refunds from the retailer, but they will not be able to fulfill any outstanding orders on the seller’s behalf.
