Operators are encouraged to contribute to the growth of Community for the benefit of all users.
Add a seller to the Community
You can ensure new sellers are included in Community when adding a new Seller Account in the Operator Portal:
- Sign in to the Operator Portal.
- Go to Members (Sellers) > Manage Sellers from the side nav.
- Add new seller:
- Click Create New Seller. Check the Add to Community box before creating the account.
OR - Click Import Sellers. Select YES on the Add to Community column before importing the Account.
- Click Create New Seller. Check the Add to Community box before creating the account.
Terms and Conditions of Use
Community is intended to be used for business-to-business communications between operators and sellers.
Marketplacer is not affiliated with, nor has it vetted, the sellers listed in Community. We recommend you conduct your usual rigorous due diligence before engaging with any new seller on your eCommerce site.
It is a condition of your use of Community that you use it responsibly and only for the purpose for which it is intended, which is to connect operators with a genuine interest in growing third-party inventory on their eCommerce sites to sellers. In particular, you must not:
- harvest information about participants in Community; or
- distribute or transmit any “spamming material” or any other form of bulk communication, whether commercial in nature or not.
In order to ensure the ongoing availability and benefits of the Community service for all users, you agree that, without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend or terminate the service and user accounts, prevent access to the Community, and/or take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Community service if we reasonably consider that any conduct engaged in by such users creates or may create actual or possible legal liabilities, infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties or is inconsistent with this notice or your contract with us. The actions we take will be commensurate with the nature of the issue we have identified and what is reasonably required to protect the interests of users of the services as a whole and the legitimate interests of Marketplacer as provider of the services.
