Hide price information on packing slips

Operators can hide price information on packing slips for individual sellers. This is useful for fulfilling orders with unnecessary pricing information, such as sending gifts.

Hide price information for one seller

1. Log into the Operator Portal.
2. Go to Sellers > Manage Sellers.
3. Look for the seller you want to edit.
4. Click the edit pencil icon () beside the seller's account name.
5. Under the Account Features section, check the Hide price information on the packing slip box.
6. Scroll to the bottom and click the Update Account button.

Hide price information for multiple sellers

1. Log into the Operator Portal.
2. Go to Sellers > Manage Sellers.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Download as CSV.
4. Open the CSV file on your local device using a spreadsheet program.
5. Look for the Hide price information on the packing slip column.
6. Set the value to Yes to hide price info for your chosen sellers.
7. Save your file.
8. Go back to the Manage Sellers page.
9. Re-upload the file by clicking Import Sellers at the top of the page.
