Which seller portal am I using?
Two versions of the seller portal exist, differing in appearance and menu structure. The icon in the top right-hand corner of your seller portal will tell you which instructions you need:

How to chat with your operator in Seller portal 2.0
The message icon will display a red notification badge when you receive a new message from your operator. Note that engaging in a chat with your operator makes the entire conversation visible to all Seller users.
- Sign in to the Seller portal.
- In the upper right corner, click the message icon.
- In the sliding chat window, type your message in the text input field.
- Hit the enter key to send your message.
Note: The grey checkmark next to your name will turn green when the Operator reads your message.
