Search filters
You can refine your view using various filters available at the top of the page:
- Search bar: Search by Product ID, name, or barcode using the free-text field at the top of the page.
- Category, Brand, Product Name, Year: Enter keywords to search specific product details.
- SKU, Barcode: Quickly locate individual products using unique identifiers.
- Product Price From/To: Narrow down products by price range.
- Created/Updated Dates: Find products added or updated within a specific timeframe.
Checkboxes for Missing or Associated data
Use these checkboxes to surface products that meet specific data conditions:
- Without associated adverts
- With associated adverts
- Missing feature option values
- Missing dimensions
- Missing sale type
- Missing golden product variant image
- Missing golden product variant dimensions
- Missing description
- Missing image
- Missing specifications
- With more than one seller
After applying filters, the number of matching results will display below. Use Reset Filters to clear all selections.
Manage Data dropdown
The Manage Data menu in the top-right provides quick access to bulk actions:
- Bulk upload: Upload product data in bulk.
- Bulk export : Download selected products to a spreadsheet.
- Load products on sellers: Push selected products to connected retailers.
- Delete results: Permanently remove products that match your current search.
Note: Deleting products here removes them only from the Central Product Database, not from retailers or existing adverts.
