Operators can use the Central Product Database to export and upload product data in bulk. These tools are useful for reviewing product information, making bulk updates, and managing Golden Records efficiently.
Bulk export
You can export Golden Records from the Central Product Database based on filters such as category, brand, or year.
Steps
- Log in to the Operator Portal.
- Go to ADVERTS > Central Product Database.
- Click Manage Data > Bulk export.
- On the Product Exports page:
- Use filters such as Category, Brand, and Year to narrow down the results (optional).
- Enter your delivery email address (required).
- Click Export.
- A download link will be sent to the email address you provided.
Notes:
- The export file is delivered in XLSX format.
- Export results are limited to 200,000 rows. If your result exceeds this, you’ll be prompted to refine your search.
- Exported files may include missing or invalid data for review.
- If your platform supports column selection, you can choose which columns to include in your export. Default fields such as Ad ID, Variant ID, and Errors are always included.
- We highly recommend that you use exported files as a template when preparing bulk uploads.
Bulk upload
You can bulk upload new or updated Golden Records using a formatted spreadsheet. This is useful for updating existing records across multiple sellers.
Steps
- In the Central Product Database, click Manage Data > Bulk upload.
- Follow the three-step process on the Product Import page.

Create a Spreadsheet - You can:
- Export a file from the Product Exports page to use as a template or;
- Create a new spreadsheet using this article as a guide.
- XLSX format is recommended for better data structure and formatting.
- Upload Your Spreadsheet.
- Click Choose File and select your spreadsheet.
- Click Upload Products to submit.
- Check the Results.
After uploading, a confirmation message will appear. You can verify the upload by following the link to check the results.
