If you enable product imports, MConnect automatically keeps product data synced. If an individual product is not syncing due to an error in product data, then you can initiate an import for that individual product only instead of syncing the entire product catalog.
To trigger a single product import
- Log in to the Seller portal and navigate to Integrations Manager (MConnect).
- In MConnect, go to Items and locate the product you want to update.
- Click Import.
Note: Product imports must be enabled to trigger single product imports. Single product imports consider whatever product sync rules are configured in the integration settings.
