If a seller leaves your marketplace or decides to stop using MConnect integration, it is a good practice to delete their MConnect account.
To delete an MConnect account, you must log in to MConnect as an admin.
- Log in to your marketplace admin portal.
- Click Reporting > MConnect Report. The MConnect admin dashboards page displays.
- In the MConnect admin dashboard, click the Accounts.
- In the table, find the seller you want to delete and click the delete icon.
Note: Deleting the MConnect account of a seller does not delete the seller account in your marketplace.
